Cui Feng Mountain is part of the famous Lishan mountain range in Taiwan, and provides a cool, moist climate, with exceptional growing conditions for high altitude tea. Grown at and elevation of 1,700 meters using the Qingxin, "Green Heart" cultivar. This hand-harvested tea brews golden, with notes of spice and biscuits. Lightly roast enhances the sweetness, and emboldens the high mountain fragrance. A sweet floral character is accompanied by a spiced, creamy body, with an airy patina of char.
