Cui Feng Mountain is part of the famous Lishan mountain range in Taiwan, and provides a cool, moist climate, with exceptional growing conditions for high altitude tea. Grown at and elevation of 1,700 meters using the Qingxin, "Green Heart" cultivar. This hand-harvested tea brews a golden liquor, with aromas of flowers and tropical forest. This unroasted tea is sweet, grassy, and floral. The brew is clear and luminous, like citrine. Long lasting aroma, round and buoyant; notes of orchids are prominent.
