The Alishan mountain range is perhaps one of the most well known tea growing regions in Taiwan. The tea from these mountains are known for having a crisp, buttery mouthfeel, and aromas reminiscent of mountain meadows, full of orchids and honeysuckles. Grown at an elevation of 1,400 meters using the Qingxin cultivar. Unroasted, full of grassy floral aromas, with an encompassing buttery texture. Sweet and fragrant, accompanied by old growth pine and early morning dew. The beautiful aftertaste is drawn out extensively.
