The Alishan mountain range is perhaps one of the most well known tea growing regions in Taiwan. The tea from these mountains are known for having a crisp, buttery mouthfeel, and aromas reminiscent of mountain meadows, full of orchids and honeysuckles. Grown at an elevation of 1,400 meters using the Qingxin cultivar. Lightly roasted, caramelizing the light and ethereal sweetness. The roasting compliments the high notes perfectly, creating a well balanced broth that is both elegant and composed.
