Bai Rui Xiang, "White Winter Daphne", is named after a wildflower which is native to Western China and has been extensively used in Chinese gardening from the Sung Dynasty onward. True to its namesake, Bai Rui Xiang is highly aromatic, and produces floral-forward, fruit laden, thick and spicy liquor. This cultivar was found growing indigenously over 100 years ago, along the Hui Yuan Keng Cliff, within the Zhengyan area of the Wuyishan Ecological Preserve.
