Rosewood, known as "Huang Hua Li", is an aromatic wood that is popular in China as a folk medicine, and was made into exquisite furniture during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The tree is endemic to Fujian, Hainan, Zhejiang, and Guangdong, with the most prized being from Hainan Island.

These sticks are made using the Japanese senkoh style, using only agarwood and minimal amounts of Tabu Noki as a binder. There are 35-40 sticks per 10 grams, each stick burns for 30-40 minutes.
