This is a lovely mixed batch of light-to-medium density wood. This lighter color is typical of the region. Some pieces are quite resinous and bubble on the subitism heater, but I think this batch is best for charcoal, where the high heat really lets the aroma sing. The aroma is quite sophisticated and complex. Notes of diesel fuel intermingles with minerals. I am quite fond of burning this one throughout the day.
