Mi Lan Xiang, or "Honey Orchid", is one of the most well known dancong oolongs, and is descended from the Shui Xian, "Water Sprite", cultivar. Compared to other dancongs, Mi Lan Xiang is oxidized more, bringing out honey-forward notes. Combined with the creamy mineral bouquet of stone fruits, the brew develops a very deep body and intricate texture.
