The tea from the Sin Da Mou garden is produced and roasted by the tea master Huayin Chen. The garden is located in Lugu county and is in a wild, unmanaged state, more akin to a forest. Roasted multiple times with natural longan charcoal to produce a beautifully balanced bouquet of sweet and savory notes.
