Shui Xian translates to "Water Sprite" or "Narcissus", and has been grown in Wuyi since the later Qing Dynasty. The leaves emit a powerful fragrance when brewed, full of flowers and minerality. Shui Xian has a stronger taste than other Wuyi tea, accompanied by a complex texture and full mouthfeel. The stony minerality and malted sweetness are followed by a long lasting and permeating aroma and hui gan.
