Huang Guan Yin, "Yellow Goddess of Mercy", is a hybrid of Tie Guan Yin and Huang Jin Gui. Soaring, perfumy aromatics are enveloped in a nectar of honey and osmanthus. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel is amply supported by structured minerality. A recently developed cultivar, released 2003 by the Fujian Tea Research Institute. This is an excellent representation of Wuyishan's terroir.
