The mouthfeel is exquisitely silky and smooth, delicately coating the throat, and unfolding into complex palatal patterns. While on the verge of decadence, the flavor profile is, at the same time, restrained and remarkably well composed. Compared to other dancong oolong, the experience is softer, with lower pitch aromatics.
